These terms are the ground rules for using Superset. They are written to be readable — not to bury you under theatrical legalese — while still protecting both you and the people who build the app.
By downloading, opening or continuing to use Superset, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice. If you disagree, the honest path is simple: do not use the app.
Superset is offered by finapp-ltd. References to “we”, “us” or “the developer” mean that company and the people operating the product on its behalf.
Superset is a daily-exercise companion. It suggests one movement at a time, remembers how previous sessions felt, and helps you build a habit through consistency. It is not a medical service, not a licensed personal trainer standing beside you, and not a promise of any particular body composition or athletic result.
You remain responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for your health, space and equipment. If you have injuries, conditions or doubts, speak with a qualified professional before following recommendations.
Parts of the experience may include text generated with assistance from OpenAI, a third-party service. Those passages are meant to explain today's choice or offer technique context. They are generated from the textual input required for that feature — typically the message content related to your workout context — not from a warehouse of unrelated personal documents.
AI output can be imperfect. Treat tips as practical guidance inside a fitness app, not as infallible coaching or medical advice. If something feels unsafe for your body, skip it.
Superset depends on external providers to function. These are third-party services:
Your use of Superset may therefore involve those providers processing technical or operational data as described in our Privacy notice. We do not sell a marketplace of user-to-user personal data; the product is not built for people to transmit personal information to one another through the app.
Features may evolve. Screens may change. Recommendations may improve — or occasionally misfire. We may update, pause or discontinue parts of the service. When we update these Terms, we will refresh the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Superset is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, finapp-ltd disclaims warranties of uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of AI text, or fitness for a particular medical purpose. Training involves physical risk; you accept that risk when you choose to perform an exercise.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before a claim — or zero if the app was provided free of charge — except where liability cannot legally be limited.
